Returns & Exchanges

The Modern Souvenir Shop will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Bags must be unworn, tea towels must be unused and in their original condition, including proof of purchase. 

We offer refunds or exchanges on full priced items only. Returns will be processed upon receipt and the original payment method will be refunded (excluding shipping fees).

All discounted/sale purchases are final. 

We are unable to accept the return of items that have been worn or used and The Modern Souvenir Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund if the products do not meet the aforementioned condition. 

The Modern Souvenir Shop is not liable for lost packages when processing returns. We recommend purchasing package tracking upon sending your items back.
